Questions We Hear a Lot
Most orders ship free within the Continental U.S. (excludes AK/HI), with handling taking 1 to 3 business days and transit running 5 to 8 business days — so you're looking at 6 to 11 business days in total. Items of this size typically arrive via freight carrier, and you'll receive tracking details once your order ships. We recommend clearing and measuring your intended space before your delivery date so setup goes smoothly on your end.
We offer 30-Day Returns on all orders, so there's a reasonable window to sort that out. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping and a 25% restocking fee applies on approved non-defective returns. If something arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping and waive the restocking fee — just report it within 7 days of delivery.
Each product page lists full dimensions and space requirements, so that's your best starting point. Think about ceiling height for golf enclosures, floor footprint for simulators and pool tables, and proximity to a power source for anything with a screen or motion system. If you're weighing up a few options, the product descriptions are written to make those trade-offs clear — and our return policy gives you peace of mind if your first choice doesn't land exactly right.
Report any damage within 7 days of delivery and we'll take care of it — return shipping is covered by us for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect, and the restocking fee is waived. Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed within 14 days. Full details are available in our Return Policy.
About Our Best Sellers
The best home entertainment setups share a common quality: they give people a genuine reason to gather. Whether the draw is competitive play, immersive simulation, or simply a beautifully stocked bar, the pieces that earn a permanent place in a home are the ones built to a standard that holds up under real, repeated use — not occasional novelty. This collection brings together the categories that consistently define a great hosting space: table games that anchor a room, simulation rigs that put players inside the experience, sports enclosures that make the most of your indoor square footage, and storage solutions that display a collection as well as they protect it. The right choice depends on your available space, how you like to entertain, and what your guests gravitate toward. Look for build quality that matches the investment, scale that suits your room, and versatility across seasons — because the best hosting homes don't go quiet when the weather changes.
