Handling takes 1 to 3 business days, and transit runs 5 to 8 business days within the Continental U.S. (excludes AK/HI). Larger items like pool tables, simulators, and arcades ship via freight and may require a delivery appointment.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use that tracking number on the carrier's website to monitor delivery progress at any time.

We offer 30-Day Returns. The customer covers return shipping on change-of-mind returns, while we cover it for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. A 25% restocking fee applies to approved non-defective returns and is waived for defective, damaged, or incorrect items and exchanges.

Please report any damage within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and product. We will work with you to resolve it promptly, and refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the return.

Many of our larger items such as pool tables, racing simulators, and arcade cabinets require some assembly by the customer. Each product listing includes assembly details and any tools or hardware that ship with the item.
