Pool tables ship via freight carrier due to their size and weight, and all components are packaged to arrive in the condition they left us.
We offer 30-Day Returns on our pool tables. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping and a 25% restocking fee applies on approved returns. If your table arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover return shipping and waive the restocking fee — just report any damage within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the return.
